Engaged!

Chris and Gennie are engaged! Gennie came home on Thursday afternoon to find a trail of Cherrios leading to the backyard.....

....where Chris was waiting and had set up a picnic blanket complete with Blackbearie, Feathers, and roses for Gennie! Then he asked her to marry him, and of course she said yes.
The engagement ring and an engraved box to keep the rings in when we're gardening.

We're planning on having a very small wedding with just our parents and siblings there sometime in March. We are so happy!
